As part of the Development Advisory business unit, you'll engage in various cost consulting services, aiding senior staff with estimate development from concept to pre-tender stages. You'll be involved with residential, rail, commercial, and institutional projects, gaining valuable experience and insights in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in estimating with quantity takeoffs using software tools

• Provide support for pre-contract activities and market benchmarking

• Undertake site visits and prepare estimating reports

• Collaborate with partners for proposal preparations

• Input and reconcile construction cost reports

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Construction Management or related fields

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in cost consulting

• Basic understanding of the construction industry

• Proficiency in software like CostX and CAD

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
