In this role, you will support the construction of Canada's first Small Modular Reactor while focusing on training project employees in essential safety protocols. Your expertise in Occupational Health and Safety legislation will be crucial in promoting a positive safety culture and ensuring compliance with training needs and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver training on safe work practices and equipment operation
• Document all training requirements and feedback
• Participate in training team projects and committees
• Advocate for human performance safety programs
• Implement and monitor safety management plans on-site
Requirements:
• Five years of experience in health and safety training in construction
• Knowledge of provincial construction regulations
• Proficiency in MS Office for training material management
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in varied environments
