Be a part of Bantrel’s renowned Infrastructure team as a Field Coordinator in Toronto, ON. This role emphasizes quality control and contractor coordination for the Ontario Line Subway development.

In this full-time permanent position, you will support the management of construction activities and ensure they meet strict compliance and safety standards. Your responsibilities will involve overseeing contractor performance, validating quantities, and reporting field activities regularly, contributing to the overall success of major infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with project technical requirements

• Prioritize health and safety during work execution

• Track and expedite safety and construction submittals

• Verify installed quantities and manage records

• Create and maintain daily construction reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or 5-6 years of relevant experience

• Familiarity with heavy civil project environments

• Basic understanding of construction project mechanics

• Awareness of safety and environmental practices

• Microsoft Office proficiency
