Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently lead estimating projects and training of junior staff

• Analyze and present bid/RFP information to leadership

• Maintain updated contacts for subcontractors and suppliers

• Conduct in-depth analysis of tender documents

• Attend project sites to support bids and field operations

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years in estimation for commercial projects

• Expertise in estimating tools such as On-Screen Take-Off and Bluebeam

• Familiarity with various construction types, including institutional

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Demonstrated ability to prioritize in high-pressure situations
