Estimator in M&E Infrastructure Projects

Join Turner & Townsend as a Senior Consultant specializing in M&E infrastructure. This crucial role will challenge your expertise while providing a flexible, hybrid working model.

We are looking for a Senior Estimator with at least eight years of experience in construction cost estimation for M&E and rail systems. In this role, you'll lead cost estimations, validate contractor figures, and provide cost analyses for impactful projects. Your collaboration with stakeholders will be essential in promoting effective cost management through all stages of project development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and defend complex construction cost plans

• Validate contractor cost submissions for rail systems

• Assess options and conduct project Optioneering costings

• Engage in value engineering for optimization

• Produce cost benchmarks for major infrastructural works

Requirements:

• Degree in Construction Management or related discipline

• 8-15 years of relevant estimating experience

• Strong methodologies in rail systems cost estimation

• Bilingual capabilities in English and French are beneficial

• Professional membership is a plus
