Key Responsibilities:

• Lead timely development of construction schedules

• Compile and coordinate comprehensive cost estimates

• Prepare labor-force work plans for estimating tasks

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Construction Management or similar

• 10 years' relevant estimating experience

• In-depth knowledge of building structures

• Proficiency with estimating and scheduling software

• Multi-discipline estimating experience preferred
