This role requires an experienced Estimator to contribute to large-scale projects ranging from $1.5 million to over $1 billion. Collaborating with the proposals team and client groups, you will utilize your knowledge to ensure project success and adhere to client pricing requirements. Your expertise in quantity take-offs and technical specifications will help transform innovative ideas into viable project solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Contribute to the bid process and secure project proposals
• Identify labor, equipment, and material pricing accurately
• Interpret technical specifications with attention to detail
• Perform thorough quantity take-offs for precise contracts
• Maintain relationships with trade partners and clients
Requirements:
• 5+ years of estimating experience in construction
• Degree in Engineering or Construction Management
• Proven project coordination and collaboration skills
• Critical research skills for expense analysis
• Expertise in quantity take-offs and project pricing
