We are looking for a Roofing Industry Project Superintendent to manage field operations at Atlas-Apex Roofing Inc. The successful candidate will have over five years of experience in the industrial and commercial roofing sector, supervising teams and ensuring safety and compliance on job sites. You will play a critical role in tracking project progress and fostering communication within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily roofing operations and crew activities

• Ensure compliance with safety and quality guidelines

• Communicate specifications to architects and stakeholders

• Track paperwork including reports and inspections

• Handle site emergencies and coordination with subcontractors

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in roofing supervision

• Strong detail orientation and communication skills

• Proven ability to manage job tasks under pressure

• Valid driver’s license with clean record

• Proficient in MS Office suite
