In this full-time position, you'll craft and administer contracts for water and wastewater initiatives. CIMA+ promotes a hybrid work model, granting flexibility while contributing to essential infrastructure upgrades. Collaborate with project teams to monitor construction progress and compliance, ensuring project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret and manage construction contracts thoroughly

• Evaluate and resolve contract change requests

• Conduct compliance monitoring during construction

• Lead project meetings and document discussions

• Build collaborative relationships with municipal clients

Requirements:

• Proven experience in construction contract administration

• In-depth knowledge of change management and dispute resolution

• Effective communication and leadership skills

• Competency in interpreting construction drawings

• Clean MTO Class ‘G’ driver’s license
