Project Controls Coordinator at Aecon

In this role, you will report to the Project Controls Manager and assist with ongoing projects critical to national defense and community infrastructure. Your tasks will encompass cost systems, proposal management, change management, and effective project reporting. You'll play a key role in facilitating communication between engineering and construction teams to ensure project excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide project control support for estimating and cost systems

• Participate in project status reporting meetings

• Develop reporting documentation for Internal communications

• Coordinate change orders and track project status

• Aid cost control and project accounting as needed

Requirements:

• 3-5 years in project controls or related role

• Education in Engineering or equivalent experience

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Willingness to learn and adapt in high-pressure environments
