Rail Construction EoR Lead

In this key role reporting to the Construction Manager, you will bridge the Construction and Design teams to ensure alignment on design intent and execution. Manage technical elements across various infrastructure projects while addressing constructability risks and facilitating smooth communication. Your input will be vital in driving practical solutions and maintaining quality standards throughout the construction phase.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as primary contact between Construction and Design teams

• Oversee technical elements of construction support services

• Attend T-Minus meetings and communicate decisions clearly

• Review design intent and identify constructability risks

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for effective delivery

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or related field

• P. Eng registration in Ontario

• Strong rail or transit infrastructure experience

• Familiarity with RFIs and technical risk resolution

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
