4D Construction Planner

Position: Bechtel 4D Construction Planner
Drive successful project execution as a 4D Construction Planner with Bechtel, located in Toronto, Ontario. This role focuses on innovative project scheduling using SYNCHRO 4D to streamline construction processes and enhance planning accuracy.

Join our elite team responsible for complex hydropower projects. Your expertise in developing and maintaining 4D models will bridge project scheduling and digital construction seamlessly. You'll play a vital role in improving execution performance, facilitating workshops, and integrating various digital tools throughout the planning process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and update 4D models with approved project schedules

• Visualize construction sequencing and workface strategies

• Support schedule reviews and identify potential conflicts

• Conduct risk analysis and develop mitigation strategies

• Facilitate collaborative planning sessions with stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or equivalent

• 10-13 years of relevant experience, or 14-17 years without degree

• Proficiency in SYNCHRO 4D or similar software

• Advanced knowledge of Primavera P6 and project management tools

• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
