Lead operational excellence as the Operations Manager with Lyons Heritage Masonry in Toronto, managing projects throughout the Greater Toronto Area. Utilize your masonry and project management skills to ensure high-quality outcomes.

In this field-based role, the Operations Manager will oversee the logistics and execution of masonry projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and to the company’s standards. You will coordinate team efforts, maintain schedules, and track both project performance and profitability. This role demands a proactive approach to managing issues and fostering client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee active masonry project operations and scheduling

• Coordinate crew resources to improve efficiency

• Monitor revenue and performance metrics

• Conduct client and crew communications clearly

• Ensure quality control and deficiency solutions

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in construction operations or project oversight

• Preference for masonry or heritage restoration experience

• Familiarity with Job Tread or similar software

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Valid G-Class driver’s licence and independent vehicle
