Position: Estimator for Restoration Projects
Become an Estimator with Sky Group of Companies in Toronto, Ontario. This full-time role requires detail-oriented professionals to produce accurate project estimates.

As part of Sky Contracting Inc., you will assist the Senior Estimator in preparing thorough cost estimates for both multi-residential and commercial projects. Your efforts will play a key role in delivering high-quality services. You'll analyze project specifications and manage documentation to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed cost estimates alongside the Senior Estimator

• Assess architectural designs and technical specifications rigorously

• Conduct site visits for project scope verification

• Solicit bids from suppliers and evaluate proposals

• Organize cost data and maintain project documentation

Requirements:

• Degree in construction management, engineering, or related field

• Proven experience in a construction estimator role

• Authorization to work legally in Canada

• Proficiency in construction estimation tools

• Strong analytical skills and effective communication
