Construction Safety Manager

In this experienced role, you will partner with project teams and Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) to enforce compliance with safety policies and procedures on a construction project. Your expertise in safety practices, environmental regulations, and leadership will be essential in mitigating risks and improving team awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead EH&S compliance for a single construction project

• Assess safety practices and develop action plans

• Communicate safety requirements and performance improvements

• Conduct training on safe work practices

• Review subcontractor safety programs for compliance

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety & Health or related field

• Minimum 4 years of construction safety experience

• CHST certification within 2 years of appointment

• Completed OSHA 30-hour training

• Ability to identify and manage safety-related exposures
