Senior Estimator Position

Position: Senior Estimator Position at Urbacon
Take charge of estimating practices at Urbacon as a Senior Estimator. This role focuses on detailed cost analysis and project planning within construction management.

You will be responsible for overseeing substantial construction cost estimates and supporting contract negotiations with more than 10 years of experience in ICI projects. Your work will involve reviewing specifications, developing budgets, and leading pre-bid meetings. You'll also prepare proposals and coordinate with industry trades for seamless execution.

• Conduct detailed reviews of plans and specifications

• Prepare and submit budget and cost proposals

Requirements:
