Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review estimates at each design phase

• Develop and maintain cost estimating procedures

• Assess changes in project scope and costs

• Compile information from various estimating disciplines

• Perform probabilistic simulations for project contingency
Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in Civil estimating roles

• Technical degree or equivalent background

• Strong grasp of CIQS and AACE standards

• Expertise in major project procurement methods

• Proficient in estimating software tools
