Position: Expert Senior Estimator Needed at Urbacon
Urbacon is seeking a Senior Estimator to enhance their project estimating capabilities.

Your role focuses on comprehensive cost estimation and project execution.

With over 10 years of dedicated experience in estimating for substantial ICI projects, you will be at the forefront of evaluating bid documents and ensuring effective communication with all stakeholders. This role requires reviewing project specifications, preparing budgets, and actively participating in pre-bid meetings. Your leadership will guide the tender process and drive project excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze bid documents to identify requirements

• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates

• Engage in budget development and submission processes

• Lead pre-bid meetings and manage project strategies

• Coordinate with subtrades and construction professionals

Requirements:

• Over 10 years in estimating positions

• Construction or engineering academic background

• Expertise in estimating software

• Strong understanding of CCDC2 and CCDC5B contracts

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
