Senior Project Manager - Kenaidan Construction

Take charge at Kenaidan as a Senior Project Manager in the Greater Toronto Area. Oversee heavy civil projects while ensuring budget and schedule adherence for success.

In this role, you will provide comprehensive project direction and administration, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and economically.

You'll work with the Preconstruction department to define budgets and work scopes, while also managing relationships with subcontractors. Regular meetings with owners and ensuring prompt responses to correspondence will be vital.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop budgets in collaboration with Preconstruction

• Create project schedules for efficient progress tracking

• Establish billing breakdown for owner submission

• Review subcontractor payment applications monthly

• Direct project close-outs and ensure documentation completion

Requirements:

• 10-15 years in construction, focusing on large projects

• Proven experience with Design-Build and Rail projects

• CET, P.Eng., or equivalent certification

• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities

• Excellent communication and MS Office proficiency
