In this full-time position, you will guide the implementation of health and safety strategies for tunneling projects, setting a benchmark for safety culture within the organization. Collaborating with various stakeholders, you will influence safety practices and contribute to the successful execution of projects.
Your role is essential in driving improvements and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support safety culture alignment across project teams
• Conduct and document regular safety audits
• Manage incident reporting and corrective action tracking
• Ensure implementation of best practices in safety
• Develop training and communication materials for teams
Requirements:
• At least five years of construction safety management experience
• Relevant educational background in Occupational Health and Safety
• In-depth understanding of applicable safety legislation
• Experience in tunnel construction safety
• Capability to conduct effective safety training and evaluations
