As the Senior MEP Operations Lead in the Building and Operations team, you will coordinate significant mechanical and electrical activities for projects worth anywhere from $1.5 million to $1 billion. Your 20+ years of industry experience will be crucial in leading project teams, driving problem-solving discussions, and facilitating collaboration with various stakeholders to maintain project integrity and compliance with all regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead coordination of all mechanical and electrical site activities

• Use problem-solving strategies to manage technical documents

• Organize project schedules, contracts, and relevant documentation

Requirements:

• At least 20 years of industry experience

• Data Center project expertise required

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred
