• The master schedule in MS Project or Primavera P6, held to your standard
• Daily and weekly site meetings, setting the tone for subcontractors and trades

• Your own team, with real input into their development and growth

• A degree or diploma in construction management, engineering, or related field
• Around 10 years in construction, ideally with healthcare, education, sports, or recreation project experience
• Command of drawings, specs, building codes, and contract administration
• Strong skills with MS Project, Procore, and SAP
• A leadership style that earns trust fast, on site and off
