Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage cost estimates for capital projects

• Prepare and maintain reliable cost methodologies
• Lead efforts to streamline estimating processes
Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years cost estimating experience
• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields required
• Professional licensure such as P.Eng. or CET advantageous
• Experience with advanced works in civil infrastructure
• Proficient in advanced Excel and estimating software
