Reporting to the Project Controls Manager, the Project Controls Coordinator will engage in various project control tasks including cost control, schedule management, and effective communication of project statuses. This is a key role in facilitating the collaboration between project teams and ensuring the successful execution of infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in project control activities like estimating and change management
• Support project accounting and cost control groups
• Attend project status reporting meetings with stakeholders
• Develop reports for internal communication among joint ventures
• Aid coordination of change orders and tracking
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of project controls experience required
• Post-secondary degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and interpersonal communication
• Prepared to handle multiple tasks in a busy environment
• Security clearance and background checks may be necessary
