Project Manager: Construction Focus

As a Project Manager reporting to the Director of Construction, you'll guide projects through all phases, emphasizing high performance and mentoring. This role is designed for individuals with extensive real estate construction experience, proficient in conflict resolution and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all stages of design with team consultants

• Manage city construction permits and logistics

• Prepare detailed monthly and weekly reports for stakeholders

• Lead procurement processes and cost projections

• Mentor and motivate Project Management team members

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in real estate construction

• At least 2 full-cycle condo projects as Lead/Senior Manager

• Degree in engineering, construction management, or related fields

• Proficient with Microsoft Project and other tools

• High emotional intelligence and accountability in work
