In this role, you will focus on managing commercial aspects and ensuring all necessary stakeholders are informed, contributing to the overall project success. Your ability to draft formal correspondence and understand complex contract details will be key. Candidates should have at least three years of industry experience, particularly in relevant civil projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Draft commercial papers and position notices as needed
• Support subcontract lifecycle management with best practices
• Liaise with procurement on value-for-money strategies
• Manage communication and status updates on claims
• Attend meetings to align on project objectives
Requirements:
• 3+ years in a construction-related field
• Relevant degree in law or engineering preferred
• Proven skills in reading construction agreements
• Exceptional communication and coordination capabilities
• Ability to handle multiple tasks seamlessly
