As a Project Manager at ARCO, you will oversee critical aspects of construction management. The role includes coordinating schedules, managing estimates, and ensuring quality control throughout projects. Your contributions will help optimize project performance while engaging directly with clients and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct project progress reporting and cost analysis
• Develop concept drawings with design teams
• Manage subcontractor selection and buyout processes
• Organize bi-weekly meetings to track project milestones
• Commit to maintaining high quality and client satisfaction
Requirements:
• Currently pursuing an Engineering degree
• Willingness for a full-time role after graduation
• Minimum GPA requirement of 3.2
• Previous construction experience is a plus
• Involvement in extracurricular activities is encouraged
