Project Coordinator

Lane Partners is seeking a motivated Project Coordinator to join our team, supporting the successful planning and delivery of mid-scale construction projects. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career construction professional looking to grow their skills within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

• Engineering / Engineering Technologist / Construction Technology Diploma, Degree, or Post-grad Certificate required.
• 1-2 years of construction experience; exposure to multi-disciplinary, mid-scale projects would be an asset.

• Capable of reading and understanding construction drawings and documents.
• Sound computer skills – MS Excel, MS Word, MS Project, AutoCAD.
• Strong communication skills – oral and written.
• Self-motivated with good organizational skills.
• Ability to work accurately under pressure.
• Adaptable to flexible work schedule when required to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work with others as a team.

• Assist project managers and site teams with day-to-day coordination of mid-scale construction projects.
• Track project schedules and documentation to support on-time delivery.
• Help prepare and maintain project reports, meeting minutes, and correspondence.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure timely communication and information flow.
• Support the review and organization of construction drawings, submittals, and RFIs.
• Assist with procurement tracking and material/equipment scheduling.
• Participate in site visits and progress meetings as needed.
• Maintain organized project files and documentation systems.
