As a Lead Planner, you will be pivotal in driving accurate scheduling and estimating for various transit contracts. Working closely with project teams and subcontractors, you’ll ensure milestones are achievable and projects stay on track.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop project schedules from proposals and contracts
• Analyze schedule performance and critical path logic
• Communicate updates and forecast trends effectively
• Perform resource loading to maximize project flow
• Oversee subcontractors' schedules for alignment with project goals
Requirements:
• 3-5 years' experience in a Scheduler or Planner role
• Specific work on transit projects is preferred
• Experienced with Primavera P6 tools and techniques
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings accurately
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
