Experienced Construction Cost Consultant

As an integral member of our team, you'll be responsible for evaluating construction progress and providing lenders with timely insights into project status. Your experience in construction estimating and project management will enable you to assess budgets, mitigate risks, and establish clear communication with stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct monthly reviews of contractor progress claims

• Monitor project budget vs. cost to maintain financial control

• Report on project timelines and completion to lenders

• Develop cash flow projections and risk assessments

• Negotiate change orders effectively with contractors

Requirements:

• Degree in Construction Management or related areas

• 3+ years experience in loan and project monitoring

• Familiarity with construction contracts and compliance

• Proficient with MS Office and Project management tools

• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
