Position: Experienced Project Manager Needed
Become an integral part of Michels Canada as an Experienced Project Manager in Toronto, ON. Oversee construction projects with a focus on safety, financial performance, and quality management.

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity where you will report to the Project Director. You must possess significant experience—5 to 10 years—in construction project management. This role requires strong leadership to guide teams, manage budgets, and resolve client issues effectively, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet all regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote compliance with safety policies and procedures

• Manage budgets and forecast costs effectively

• Lead project teams throughout the project lifecycle

• Oversee change orders and contract variations

• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

• 5–10+ years of relevant project management experience

• Strong financial acumen and budgeting skills

• Proficiency in project scheduling software

• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
