Position: Powerline Project Coordinator at Ledcor
Drive impactful results as a Powerline Project Coordinator with Ledcor, ensuring project completion on time and budget. Focus on strategy execution and operational excellence for construction projects.

In this role, you will support the Project Manager in the development and execution of strategies for complex powerline construction. Your involvement will span from project initiation through to completion, ensuring operational objectives are met while maintaining safety and quality standards. Office-based at first, the position requires site presence upon project confirmation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote Ledcor site safety and operational effectiveness

• Assist with estimating and negotiating subcontractor contracts

• Implement and maintain project controls and documentation

• Track project milestones and communicate effectively

• Organize project close-out and archive documentation

Requirements:

• Completion of a Degree or Diploma in Engineering

• Current or previous related experience is an asset

• Strong technical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication for stakeholder engagement

• Capable of reading construction documents
