NVC Olsonfab is actively seeking a motivated professional to manage projects from concept to completion. As a Plate Estimator and Project Manager, you will ensure successful delivery of mechanical noise control products, including silencers and enclosures. Candidates should have experience in construction estimating and project management, and be adept at multitasking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review project specifications and prepare accurate cost estimates

• Collaborate with teams to determine material costs and project scope

• Prepare bid packages and RFQs for suppliers

• Track project performance and manage change orders

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients and suppliers

Requirements:

• 3-5 years in construction estimating and 5 years in project management

• Knowledge of acoustic products or fuel tanks is beneficial

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and estimating software

• Strong negotiation and communication skills

• PMP certification is an asset
