Clearspace seeks an experienced Project Manager to spearhead all aspects of commercial interiors. This role involves managing client relationships, coordinating design and construction teams, and delivering projects on time and within budget. You’ll ensure exceptional experiences for clients while safeguarding project quality and margins.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead commercial interior projects from planning to completion
• Maintain clear communication with clients about schedule and costs
• Coordinate efforts between Designers, Site Supervisors, and consultants
• Oversee project financials, including budgets and change orders
• Drive quality during construction and project closeout
Requirements:
• 5+ years in commercial interiors project management
• Degree in engineering, design, construction management, or similar field
• Proficiency with Procore or similar tools
• Strong organizational skills for multiple active projects
• Excellent client communication and coordination abilities
