VAL/MAR Construction Inc is hiring five Bricklayer Helpers for permanent, full-time positions. Candidates must be self-motivated, reliable, and skilled at loading materials, erecting concrete forms, and mixing construction materials. You will be active on construction sites, handling heavy loads and performing physically demanding tasks daily.
Key Responsibilities:
• Load, unload, and transport construction materials
• Erect and dismantle scaffolding and concrete forms
• Mix, pour, and spread concrete and asphalt
• Level earth to meet fine grade specifications
• Remove rubble and debris from work sites
Requirements:
• Fluency in English language required
• No standard education such as degrees or diplomas needed
• Experience in construction is an asset
• Strong reliability and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in noisy and dusty environments
Contribute to building projects while gaining hands-on experience in a supportive construction team.
