Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the estimating process with in-depth analysis of costs

• Review designs for potential cost savings and improvements

Requirements:

• 6+ years of estimating experience in construction

• Degree or diploma in Building Technology or related field

• Proficiency in on-screen takeoff software and Excel
