Lead mechanical and electrical systems for Turner Construction Company projects in Toronto, coordinating teams, schedules, quality, and installation requirements.
This experienced MEP Project Manager leads project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and representatives. The role manages RFIs, change orders, budgets, coordination, turnover, and quality control. It supports complex construction projects through organized planning and technical oversight.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead teams and stakeholders toward efficient systems installation
- Manage contract items, ROJ dates, and approvals
- Evaluate RFIs and negotiate mechanical and electrical change orders
- Coordinate systems with design, logistics, and schedules
- Lead testing, commissioning, turnover, and closeout activities
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and four years’ relevant experience
- Mechanical and electrical systems technical expertise
- Business acumen for planning and managing responsibilities
- Excellent verbal and written business communication skills
- Microsoft Suite proficiency and leadership abilities
