This senior construction role oversees day-to-day field operations for large and complex power utility projects. You will develop project plans, monitor performance, anticipate client needs, and resolve construction issues. The position requires powerline construction expertise, scheduling knowledge, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead daily field operations for power utility construction projects
Develop Project Quality Plans and ensure conformance
Lead safety program development and incident investigations
Update schedules, monitor milestones, and resolve delays
Guide project staff and superintendents across multiple teams
Requirements:
15 years of powerline construction experience
Five or more years of superintendent experience
Post-secondary construction, engineering, or related education
Understanding of utilities practices, contracts, costs, and budgets
Clean drivers abstract and staff supervision experience
Apply senior powerline construction leadership, scheduling expertise, and safety knowledge across Ledcor utility projects and field teams.
