Mid-Rise Construction Project Manager

Lead ground-up mid-rise construction projects as a Project Manager with ownership from pre-construction through closeout, working full-time in person.
This Construction Project Manager role suits someone with mid-rise and retirement residence construction experience. You will manage substantial ground-up projects while coordinating drawings, specifications, contracts, and the Ontario Building Code. Procore, MS Project, and Excel support project documentation, planning, and cost control.

Key Responsibilities:

Own projects from first drawing through final handover
Maintain schedules, trades, materials, and approvals
Control budgets, change orders, and cost-to-complete
Lead tendering, scope reviews, and subcontractor relationships
Manage RFIs, shop drawings, and Procore documentation
Requirements:
Five or more years managing construction projects
Mid-rise and retirement residence construction experience
Strong drawings, specifications, contracts, and Ontario Building Code knowledge
Budgeting, scheduling, and negotiation skills
Procore, MS Project, and Excel experience
