Broccolini seeks a Field Coordinator for its Toronto team, supporting industrial, commercial, and residential construction markets. This role connects Site Superintendents with trade labour, maintains site documentation, and coordinates inspections, shipments, supplies, and purchaser agreements. Post-secondary education in Engineering, Architecture, or an equivalent discipline supports the position.
Key Responsibilities:- Liaise between Site Superintendents and trade labour forces
- Maintain daily construction logs and site documentation
- Coordinate municipal, Tarion, and professional inspections
- Track labour activities, hours, timesheets, and daily assignments
- Order supplies, manage inventory, and coordinate shipments
- Post-secondary diploma in Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent
- Minimum three years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of the construction field
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Excellent MS Office knowledge and software proficiency
