In this essential role, you will calculate payroll and maintain a variety of financial accounts, utilizing both automated and manual systems for accuracy. You will also prepare financial statements and statistical reports while ensuring compliance and precision in all bookkeeping tasks. Remote work is not available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Calculate and prepare payroll cheques consistently

• Keep financial records and balance accounts efficiently

• Prepare financial statements and general ledgers

• Generate necessary statistical reports

• Prepare trial balance for internal reviews

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of bookkeeping experience preferred

• Bondable and able to pass a criminal background check

• Detail-oriented and client-focused

• Capable of working independently under pressure

• Strong organizational and time management skills
