Thinkingbox's production, post‑production and animation arm, The Heist, is looking for a Junior Motion Designer to join our creative collective.

The Heist is a global creative collective shaping the future of brands through craft and curiosity. Our team brings together unique perspectives in production, design, technology, and creativity that push boundaries for our clients. We love thinking big, learning, and collaborating in a vibrant work environment across five offices.

As a member of the animation team you will have creative influence on all motion projects, from sketch to finished assets. You’ll work on micro‑content campaigns, AR apps, social media, short films, microsites, and out‑of‑home activations, creating 2D and 3D assets that bring our ideas to life.

• Create 2D and 3D animation for web, social media, out‑of‑home activations and standalone content.
• Learn new skills and software with a curious, solution‑driven mindset.
• Stay current on design and visual art trends and best practices.
• Accurately estimate time for assigned tasks.
• Adapt to project roadblocks and deliver effective solutions.

• 0–2 years of experience at an agency or animation studio.
• Comfortable using Adobe After Effects and the Adobe suite.
• Demonstrated 2D and 3D motion design skills in your portfolio.
• A demo reel or portfolio showcasing a well‑rounded, nuanced motion portfolio.
• Ability to take direction and provide/receive feedback.
• Ability to meet deadlines, work in a team, and also work independently when needed.
• Experience with Cinema 4D, Blender, or Maya (Redshift is a bonus).
