Opportunity

Under Sunwing Vacations Group, we are looking for a Creative Content Copywriter to join us in making vacation dreams come true. As the Creative Content Copywriter, you will support in developing creative concepts, write headlines, body copy and calls‑to‑action for advertising campaigns ranging from national brand campaigns to tactical promotional materials and experiential touchpoints. The position reports to the Creative Content Manager and will be located in Toronto, ON.

What

You’ll Do
  • Create compelling advertising copy for integrated campaigns across all West Jet Group brands, including Sunwing Vacations, West Jet, West Jet Vacations and Sell Off Vacations .
  • Maintain consistent brand voice and messaging across all touchpoints and campaign types. Ensure all copy aligns with established brand guidelines and contributes to long‑term brand equity building.
  • Collaborate in creative concepting and campaign development from brief to execution for integrated campaigns and promotions. Participate in creative brainstorming, present creative concepts and contribute to overall creative strategy.
  • Execute tactical and promotional copywriting across multiple media channels and formats to support ongoing marketing initiatives.
  • Support in the development of editorial and brand storytelling content that strengthens customer engagement and brand equity.
What You’ll Need
  • 3+ years of experience as an advertising copywriter or similar creative role.
  • Degree in advertising, marketing, communications, journalism or related field.
  • Exceptional writing skills with the ability to craft compelling headlines, persuasive body copy and memorable taglines.
  • Demonstrated experience writing for multiple media channels, including digital, print, broadcast and social.
  • Understanding of technical constraints and opportunities for different media channels when collaborating with production partners and media teams.
  • Experience with editorial and long‑form content creation is an asset.
  • Strong conceptual thinking and creative problem‑solving abilities.
  • Understanding of brand voice development and management.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced creative environment.
  • Experience presenting creative work to stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft apps and project management tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously under tight deadlines.
