Serve as the connective tissue between event content, creative, graphics and video, technology and logistics, and bring the vision to life on stage and on screen.

Explore breakthrough experience design and emerging event technology, including multimedia, technical staging, live talent, etc.

Lead on‑site rehearsals with speakers, including C‑level executives, and provide coaching and feedback to ensure confident delivery.

Maintain vendor partnerships, budgets, and production schedules, ensuring services align with scope of work and financial targets.

Collaborate with internal teams (Brand, IT, AV) to guarantee execution excellence and brand consistency.

Highly organized, deadline‑driven, detail‑oriented, and passionate about process improvement.

Experience with cutting‑edge event technologies and multimedia staging.

Advanced experience with virtual event platforms and hybrid engagement strategies.

Creative problem‑solving skills and ability to challenge conventional approaches.

Demonstrated success in managing large‑scale budgets and vendor relationships.
