About

The Role

As an Integrated Executive Producer at Monks, your primary responsibility will be to oversee content production, leveraging the studio's capabilities in physical film production and post‑production. You will lead a local production team, managing all aspects of production from inception to delivery. This includes handling timing, budgeting, sourcing deliverables, and managing new business intakes and pitches. You will also play a crucial role in developing client relationships and ensuring Monks' production processes are efficient and effective.

Responsibilities

Production Partnership:
Collaborate closely with the account and creative teams to bring creative visions to life.

Team Leadership:
Manage and develop a team of associate producers, producers, and senior producers, providing guidance and fostering their career growth within the agency's production model.

Production Strategy:
Develop and execute comprehensive production strategies, overseeing the entire process from project intake to final delivery.

Client and Internal Communication:
Maintain regular communication with clients and internal teams, ensuring production meetings are productive and preparations are thorough.

Budget and Timeline Management:
Create project estimates, manage budgets, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Post-Production Oversight:
Lead and manage post‑production phases, ensuring creative and client approvals are obtained promptly.

Technology Exploration:
Stay updated with advancements in content production technologies, particularly AI, Unreal Engine, and CGI, to keep the production team at the forefront of industry developments.

The essentials

Organizational

Skills:

Must be highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

Leadership:
Experience in leading production teams and managing a diverse group of professionals.

Detail‑Oriented:
Ability to manage project details meticulously, from budgeting to scheduling.

Film Production Knowledge:
Understanding of film shots and post‑production workflows is essential.

Presentation and Negotiation:
Strong presentation and negotiation skills, essential for client interactions and pitching.

Adaptability:
Stress‑tolerant and able to think quickly and accurately under pressure.

Technological Aptitude:
Familiarity or passion for AI, Unreal Engine, and CGI is advantageous.

Travel and Office Work:
Willingness to travel occasionally and ability to work in‑office at least two days a week.

Not a Must, But a Plus

Experience with Automotive clients.

Fluency in French or experience with French adaptation work.
