As a Designer, you are a creative thinker with a strong eye for detail who enjoys working in the fast-paced world of pharma advertising. From branded campaigns to DTC and HCP communications, you help bring concepts to life through thoughtful, high-quality design. You’ll collaborate closely with Art Directors, Copywriters, and other Designers, reporting into the ACD Art. Your role is to translate creative concepts into clear, well-crafted designs—across print, digital, and presentation-ready formats—while ensuring brand alignment, accuracy, and attention to detail.

• Support the creation of creative concepts through strong design across both print and digital.
• Develop layouts and adapt designs within established brand ecosystems.
• Apply solid typography, layout, and visual design principles to all deliverables.
• Prepare accurate, production-ready files for print and digital vendor hand-off.
• Help ensure brand consistency and alignment with regulatory requirements and creative briefs.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, contributing ideas and solutions to elevate design quality.
• Support the delivery of CRM design in Figma.
• Continue building your design skills and stay aware of current design trends.
• Handle multiple projects with attention to detail and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• ~3 years of design experience, ideally in an agency setting (healthcare or pharma is an asset).
• A deep appreciation for craft, detail, and design precision—your files are as beautiful as your creative.
• Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Good understanding of typography, color, layout, and visual composition.
• Ability to design effectively within brand guidelines while contributing fresh ideas when appropriate.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and modular design systems.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills—comfortable taking direction and building on feedback.

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Visual Communication, or equivalent experience.
