Our client is seeking a Senior Project Control Officer

• Product Requirements
  :
  Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to understand communication needs and objectives. Develop strategies, key messages, and content plans that align with the overall corporate narrative and project goals.
• Product Delivery
  :
  Create and edit communication materials including newsletters, web copy, presentations, memos, and pitch decks. Manage workflows to ensure timely execution of multiple communication initiatives. Coordinate with design, web, social media, and translation teams to maintain brand consistency and adherence to Ontario Health style guidelines.
• Prioritization
  :
  Organize and manage competing priorities across dynamic projects. Identify risks, elevate issues, and adjust plans to meet deadlines while maintaining quality and compliance.
• Collaboration
  :
  Work closely with internal teams, regional partners, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of communication tactics. Attend project meetings, provide updates, and foster alignment across all levels.

• 5+ years’ experience working in project teams to deliver on communications plans and strategies
• 5+ years’ experience Strong knowledge of stakeholder engagement planning
• 5+ years’ experience Excellent writing, editing, communication and presentation abilities
