Job Description & How to Apply Below

As a Senior Art Director, you're a creative problem solver with a strong design sensibility, turning big ideas into bold, visually compelling brand experiences. You know how to balance concepting with hands‑on execution, bringing ideas to life across digital, social, print, OOH, CRM, experiential, and beyond. You’re as comfortable crafting a visual system as you are presenting a campaign idea.

You have a sharp eye for typography, layout, and storytelling, and you thrive in fast‑paced agency environments where no two days look the same. Whether developing breakthrough campaign concepts, designing scalable assets, or refining the smallest production detail, you care deeply about craft and creative excellence.

You’re collaborative, curious, and plugged into culture, design trends, technology, and evolving platform behaviours. You know how to create work that not only looks great, but connects with audiences and drives action. From campaign thinking to production‑ready execution, you bring both vision and versatility to every project.

What you will do:
  • – Develop bold, breakthrough creative ideas across a variety of channels and clients. Your concepts will be strategically grounded, visually compelling, and impossible to ignore. You’re a proactive creative who brings ideas forward, identifies opportunities, and contributes beyond the brief. You take ownership of your work and actively look for ways to elevate creative outcomes.
  • – Translate big ideas into cohesive visual systems and scalable design toolkits across digital, social, OOH, print, CRM, and experiential.
  • – Bring creative concepts to life across every medium while maintaining a strong and modern design aesthetic aligned to brand identity and platform best practices.
  • – Own and execute multi‑channel deliverables with a high level of craft and minimal oversight, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and quality across all outputs.
  • – Dive into briefs, client meetings, and research with curiosity and attention to detail, identifying insights that elevate the work.
  • – Collaborate closely with Copywriters, Designers, Strategists, Developers, Production, Media, and Client Services teams to create integrated campaign work.
  • – Present ideas and design rationale confidently to internal teams and clients, helping sell through the strongest creative solutions.
  • – Leverage modern workflows, AI‑enabled tools, and platform knowledge to support ideation, production efficiency, and adaptability across channels.
  • – Build modular assets, troubleshoot production challenges proactively, and prepare accurate, production‑ready files across formats.
  • – Provide mentorship and creative guidance to junior team members, contributing thoughtfully during reviews and helping elevate the overall creative output of the team.
Who you will be…
  • 5+ years of creative agency experience in art direction and design.
  • A portfolio demonstrating exceptional creativity, strong conceptual thinking, and outstanding design craft across integrated campaigns (Please include a link to your portfolio in your resume).
  • Curious about emerging technologies and actively explore AI‑powered tools and workflows to enhance creative thinking, streamline execution, and deliver smarter creative solutions. You stay informed on industry trends and bring a future‑focused perspective to your work.
  • Strong strategic thinker with the ability to ideate and execute across multiple channels and formats.
  • Exceptional typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills.
  • Strong understanding of digital‑first design, content ecosystems, and platform best practices.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and working knowledge of Figma.
  • Experience developing integrated campaign visual systems and scalable design assets.
  • Strong knowledge of print production and asset preparation standards.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Professional, proactive, and calm under pressure in fast‑paced environments.
  • Experience leading creative projects from concept through final execution.
  • Produced work is a must and select spec ideas acceptable to show thinking.

The salary range for this position is $80,000 – $95,000 per year. Compensation will be determined based on qualifications, relevant experience, and internal equity.
