Position: Lead Film Editor for Animation
Elevate animated storytelling as the Lead Editor at Spin Master, overseeing daily editorial operations and final edits. Collaborate closely with directors and producers to ensure a high-quality film.

This full-time role at Spin Master demands leadership, creativity, and technical expertise in feature film animation. As the Lead Editor, you will guide the editorial team through pre-production to post-production, maintaining the film’s artistic vision while supervising all editorial materials. Your decisions on pacing, sound, and presentation will shape the finished project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain creative integrity throughout production phases

• Supervise the editorial team and provide leadership

• Decide on pacing, dialogue, and music for quality control

• Oversee editorial materials for screenings and delivery

• Participate in recording sessions for dialogue and sound

Requirements:

• Minimum five years in feature film animation editorial

• Proven lead editor on two theatrical animated films

• Proficient in AVID Media Composer and Photoshop

• Strong team leadership and communicative skills

• Familiarity with Pro Tools preferred
