Rehearsal Director for National Ballet

In this key role, you will report to the Artistic Director, overseeing both existing ballets and new works. Your responsibilities include staging preparations, lighting and costuming supervision, and managing program casting. You’ll also work on evaluating dancer performances and providing feedback while participating in educational and fundraising events.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct rehearsals of classical and contemporary ballets
• Coach dancers in technique and performance preparation
• Assist in stagings and restage assigned productions
• Collaborate with production and music departments
• Report on rehearsal readiness and evaluate standards
Requirements:
• Strong experience in male classical technique
• Proven organizational and planning skills
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities
